VENDING PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE WRISTBANDS

 

Wristbands (Not included in lot fee)

Wristbands are required to enter the festival grounds and are not included in your vending package.  Wristbands must be purchased separately.  You can purchase your wristbands online by visiting the Woodtick ticket page or from any Woodtick ticket outlet.

 

Setup & Inspection

The festival grounds open for vending booth setup on the Monday prior to start of festival at 9:00 am CST.  Health Department inspection for food vendors is typically on Thursday morning.  It is your responsibility to contact the Health Department to setup inspection time.

Vending area options

Vending Area A ($160)

High traffic area located between stages.

Includes full power (110+220).

Vending sites are 30' x 40' (you can camp on your vending site).

Vending Area B ($60)

Located adjacent to main stage spectator area. 

Includes limited power (one 15 amp 110 outlet only).

Sites are 30' x 40' (you can camp on your vending site).
